Deployment

Brain-bridges has a standardized image deployment and update process for our software, which manages the deployment on hardware within your infrastructure. We will provide you with technical consulting in picking the right hardware for running the Brain-Bridges KnowledgeBot within your premises.

We will handle the initial setup and configuration within our company, and provide documentation for your IT team to make any necessary adjustments once you receive the device. Regular IT experience or collaboration with your IT service provider is assumed for a smooth transition.


Reports

Our reporting is available in Excel format, providing daily, weekly, and monthly statistics on 5 key metrics: Time- Spent, Resolution Rate, Content Usage, Employee Engagement, and Time-to-Resolution. These reports can be run ad-hoc and are designed to provide actionable insights without compromising confidentiality.

Our Excel reports typically take couple seconds to generate, providing a quick and easy way to access the data you need. There are no limitations or formatting constraints when working with these reports, allowing you to customize your analysis as needed.

We will provide these reports as part of our solution, giving you the flexibility to run ad-hoc reports and investigate specific questions or concerns.

While we do not currently support alerts or customized dashboards, these features are on our roadmap for future releases.


Support

As a startup, we don’t currently offer 24/7 support. However, as we’re planning to establish operations and you’re one of our first pilot customers, we’ll put priority on any requests related to our software.

We charge a yearly subscription fee, which allows us to dedicate resources to ensure a successful implementation and provides an opportunity for you to rest assured that our Product Roadmap will be delivered to you as an update. Our goal is to provide excellent support and ensure your success with our platform.

Roadmap

Our roadmap includes features like alerts and customized dashboards, which will be added in future releases. We’re committed to continuously improving and expanding our platform to meet your evolving needs.
